Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2024

By purchasing from ORT Forged, a division of ORT Motorsport, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who We Are

Open Road Tuning, LLC, doing business as ORT Forged and ORT Motorsport, supplies custom-built forged wheels and premium vehicle components.

2. Custom / Built-to-Order Products

Includes but is not limited to:

• ORT Forged Wheels

• Custom coilovers or suspension kits

• Special-order components not held in stock

All custom orders are final sale.

Once your invoice is paid and your rendering is approved, your order is locked. This approval constitutes a legally binding production contract. From that point forward:

• No cancellations

• No refunds

• No returns or exchanges

If you want to cancel, you must notify us within 24 hours of rendering approval. After that, production begins and no changes can be made. No exceptions.

3. Cancellations – Stocked Items Only

If the product is in-stock and hasn’t shipped, you may request cancellation. If approved:

• A 3% processing fee applies

• Once shipped, the order is final unless return-eligible (see below)

4. Returns – Stocked Items Only

Returns accepted on unused, unopened, uninstalled stocked items within 30 days of delivery. Must be in original packaging.

Return Conditions:

• 20% restocking fee

• Shipping is non-refundable

• If your order shipped free, actual shipping will be deducted from your refund

• You are responsible for return shipping

• All returns require an RMA. No RMA = no refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:

• Forged wheels

• Custom-built or made-to-order components

• Any item approved through rendering or custom spec sheet

If it’s built for you, it’s yours.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• All shipping timeframes are estimates

• Inspect your package within 48 hours of delivery

• Report shipping damage immediately to us and the carrier

• We are not responsible for transit delays or missed delivery windows

7. ORT Forged Warranty

Structural Warranty: Lifetime against manufacturing defects under normal use
Finish Warranty: 1 year against peeling/lifting on the face

Damage from improper use, impact, or chemicals is not covered. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

8. Warranty Claims

• Submit via our [Warranty Form]

• Include photos + proof of purchase

• All claims require an RMA

• Denied claims: return shipping is on you

9. Fitment Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming all specs before rendering approval—bolt pattern, offset, finish, etc. Ask questions before approval. Once you approve, it’s final.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to pursue collection, ban future orders, and take legal action if needed.

11. Governing Law

All sales governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Chester County, PA under AAA rules.

12. Updates

We may revise these terms at any time. Your continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
