Refund policy

Returnable Items
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the return/exchange form via the link provided at the bottom of this page. Our team will evaluate your request and, if approved, issue a return authorization slip. All ORT Motorsport products submitted for return or exchange must include this slip to qualify for a refund or replacement. Upon receipt, items undergo thorough inspection. Refunds are issued solely for items deemed eligible for return. We accept returns for products exhibiting manufacturing or workmanship defects within 30 days of purchase. Fulfillment errors resulting in incorrect shipments are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Defective or incorrect items will be exchanged at our expense upon receipt of the returned product. You are urged to inspect merchandise upon delivery and promptly report any transit-related damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Used items are ineligible for return but may qualify for warranty replacement. Wheels displaying signs of use—such as tire mounting or attachment to a hub—cannot be returned for any reason. Spacers, lugs, studs, and other hardware showing evidence of use are non-returnable. Group Buy orders, custom, or specially manufactured products are not eligible for return.

Unwanted Items
Unwanted items incur a 20% restocking fee and must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for acceptance.

Shipping on Returns and Exchanges
Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable. For items originally shipped free of charge, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges, except in cases of fulfillment errors or defective products, where ORT Motorsport will bear the expense.
